There are many different information sites and a dedicated page on road, travel and trip safety may be prepared in due course. 
To report obstructions or dangers on motorways or A roads Highways England's contact number is 0300 123 5000, Traffic Scotland is 0800 028 1414 and Traffic Wales is 0845 602 6020.
